Everslim is supposed to be the mom’s solution to losing baby fat. It has some clinically proven ingredients, but it is unclear whether or not they are present in the clinically proven dosages. Most of these ingredients are geared towards appetite suppression. This is an important aspect of weight loss, but it’s not the only aspect of weight loss. You body also needs to increase its metabolic rate and oxidation of fats. Unfortunately, there is little evidence to suggest that Everslim can do either of those. If you try the caffeinated version of Everslim then you may see a boost in metabolism, but we’re not sure how much caffeine is actually present.

The major ingredients in Everslim are garcinia cambogia, chromium polynicotinate, and gymnema sylvestre.

Garcini camogia is a yellow, pumpkin-shaped fruit native to Indonesia. It is used as a traditional medicine there to treat problems like constipation and intestinal parasites. Everslim claims that it acts as an appetite suppressant, but there is no clinical evidence to support this claim. It is possible, but we can’t definitively say one way or the other.

Chromium polynicotinate is the most effective form of chromium when it comes to weight loss. It is clinically proven to assist in boosting metabolism and regulating blood lipid levels. It is often used by diabetics to regulate blood sugar and more recently it has found its way into several weight loss supplements. The amount of chromium polynicotinate in Everslim is unclear so we can’t say with a certainty that it will work like it should.

Gymnema Sylvestre can reduce blood sugar levels and it can reduce the taste of sugar when it is placed in your mouth, which is why Everslim claims it will help to suppress your appetite (it can help you fight sugar cravings). It may also have some beneficial effects on insulin secretion so it is being researched as a potential medication for diabetics.
