Lean X Review:

Lean X (Lean-EFX) is produced by Fahrenheit Nutrition. It is designed to be both an energy and mood enhancer. Lean X “is formulated to help reduce body fat and sculpt your body, producing a lean athletic build. Increased energy, an elevated mood, and LEAN-EFX’s product science will put you on the path to a happy, healthier life.” The funny part about this statement to me is that it is on their website underneath a picture of some model in a bikini. Now, that’s not funny in and of itself because most diet pills use attractive and fit models to sell their products. However, this model in particular is making one of the saddest faces I have ever seen. If they were going for the dark/mysterious/brooding/sexy look then I think they made a mistake because she looks like she belongs in a commercial for antidepressants. And that’s why it’s funny! Lean X is supposed to be a mood enhancer and the model looks depressed and sad….At least I thought it was funny.

Lean X Ingredients:

The ingredients in Lean X are grouped together in three different proprietary blends.

The first blend is the Next Gen blend which contains: trimethylxanthine, cassia nomame, taraxacum, and green tea extract. Trimethylxanthine is a stimulant similar to caffeine and along with green tea extract it should increase metabolism and boost energy. But, the blend is only 375 mg per serving so you need more than one serving per day to get the clinically recommended amount of both those ingredients. The Lean X website does not say specifically how many servings you should have per day. Both taraxacum and cassia nomame act as diuretics.

The second blend is the Thermo blend which contains: thiamine disulfide, dimethylamylamine, bitter orange, and phyllanthus emblica. These ingredients are supposed to increase your fat burning ability, but the only one that is clinically proven to do so is bitter orange (synephrine) which is effective, but can cause serious side effects in certain cases.

The final blend is the Neuro Therapy blend which contains: hydroxytryptophan, ginseng, and N-acetyl tyrosine. These ingredients are meant to have a calming, relaxing, and mood elevating effect on the body. They also may help counteract some of the negative side effects associate with stimulants like caffeine.

Lean X Cost:

One bottle of Lean X costs $49.99 and contains 45 capsules. It is unclear how many you are supposed to take per day, but it’s probably 1-2; so one bottle will last about 25-45 days. They offer free shipping in the US and if you buy more than one bottle you get better value. They do not mention anything about a return policy or a money back guarantee on the website. So we have to assume no guarantee is offered. You should contact them directly if you want to learn more about their return policy.

Does Lean X Work?

Lean X has some great ingredients that should increase metabolism, help you burn some fat, and elevate your mood. Our biggest doubts are with the quantity of ingredients in each blend. Often times diet companies will use great ingredients, but only in small amounts because it’s cheaper to make pills with lots of “filler” ingredients. We hope that’s not the case with Lean X. Without a guarantee we have to recommend that you try other more proven products first, but Lean X seems like it could be an effective weight loss supplement.
